In addition to a busy performance schedule, Andy Klaehn is the clarinet and saxophone instructor at the School of Fine
Art and Music at the University of
Guelph.
As well as teaching at the university, Andy also takes on private students.
Andy is available to teach clarinet, saxophone and flute at various levels. In
addition to Jazz performance, Andy can design a custom-tailored program of study
for you to reach your musical goals.
Programs of study can range from technical skill development,
developing musicality, tone development, tips for live performance, solo technique, or all of the
above.
Andy is able to provide instruction at both his studio and at the university. For beginning students,
he can also provide advice and guidance on choosing and purchasing an
instrument.
